How information is used by the TiuToxico Studio storefront and its connected services.
Last updated:Cfx.re and Discord accounts
When you sign in, the store verifies your Cfx.re identifier and receives your public profile name and avatar. Linking Discord stores its identifier, profile name and avatar alongside the Cfx.re account. The authorized connection can add you to the studio’s Discord server and synchronize roles using your confirmed products. The store does not request your Cfx.re or Discord password, private messages or Discord email.
Products and purchase records
Tebex processes payment information under its own policy. The store uses purchase identifiers, products, dates and payment statuses to show your library, manage sales and verify access. The latest-buyers section may display a public profile name, avatar, purchased product and purchase time. Contact us if you want to request removal of that public presentation.
Support messages
The contact form sends the name, email, request type and message you provide to the studio using Resend. This information is used to respond to your request and follow up on support. Do not include credentials or unnecessary personal information.
Private support and product reviews
Support requests submitted from the customer area are stored privately with the linked account, selected product, message and handling status so the team can assist you. Product reviews require a verified purchase and moderation. Approved reviews may be published with the reviewer’s public name, avatar, rating, comment and product. Do not include private information in a review intended for publication.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses cookies for authenticated sessions and language preferences, and browser storage for currency, language, cart and checkout continuity. Customer sessions expire after 24 hours; signing out invalidates that session. Clearing browser storage may reset preferences and the cart. Checkout, linked services and embedded videos may use their own cookies when loaded.
Retention and requests
Account links and operational records can remain after you sign out. Information is retained according to the purposes above and applicable operational or legal requirements; deleting a local account does not delete records held independently by Tebex or other providers. To ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or report a privacy concern, contact contato@tiutoxico.com. We may need to verify the account before acting on a request.
